Pradip Kumar Bhadra

Founding Member | Since 1973

The guiding force since inception, Mr. Pradip Kumar Bhadra has been instrumental in shaping BVEPL’s vision. He steers the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction while overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Gokul Agarwal

Second Generation | Since 1999

A civil engineer by training, Mr. Gokul Agarwal is the first from the next generation to join leadership. He has been instrumental in transforming the company from a small contracting firm into a major EPC player. He oversees banking relationships, overall stakeholder management, and monitors project execution across the organization.

Debdeep Bhadra

Second Generation | Since 2012

An engineer with a forward-looking approach, Mr. Debdeep Bhadra drives business development and leads BVEPL’s diversification into new business verticals. He is responsible for the conceptualization, setup, and expansion of new verticals, including Wayside Amenities (WSA), Renewable Energy, and Building projects.

Deepanjan Bhadra

Third Generation | Since 2020

Carrying forward the family legacy, Mr. Deepanjan Bhadra leads the execution of Jharkhand HAM projects and back-to-back contracts with precision and efficiency. He also heads the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) vertical for BVEPL.

Nandini Agarwal

Third Generation | Since 2023

The first woman to join the leadership team, Ms. Nandini Agarwal brings fresh perspective and balance to the organization. She heads the Treasury function, while managing banking program coordination, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, and overseeing administrative functions of the company.

Iti Agarwal

Third Generation | Since 2025

As BVEPL’s first female civil engineer, Ms. Iti Agarwal strengthens the leadership with her technical expertise. She is responsible for coordination and execution support for new business verticals like Wayside Amenities (WSA) and Solar projects.

Naveen Vedula

Industry experience of over 23 years | Since 2025

With deep expertise in project management and contracts, Mr. Naveen Vedula spearheads Project Management & Controls, Business Development & Tendering, Engineering, and Contracts. He is responsible for the overall turnover and P&L performance of the company.
